Today’s consumers want the least possible hassle, processing time and related fees when they make credit card applications.

One question that immediately comes to mind is acceptance. Credit card applicants generally should not worry if they comply with all the requirements set by their card issuer. Some of the things that are checked include income ranges, age and current addresses. For potential owners who have moved, they must make sure that they indicate correct information on their previous place of residence, including when and how long they stayed at their former address. People used to think that they had enough on their benefits with their credit cards. They thought that the rewards they get and the low interest they have is already enough to last a lifetime.

However, there are instances when they get to have the chance of seeing promotions like 0% APR. Now, this is really something. But the question is, is it true? Is there a great probability that credit card companies can actually offer a 0% APR?

Time to Get Help

Do you ever wonder if there should be a 12 step program for people who have a problem with credit card debt?  The idea might not be as ridiculous as it sounds.  The 12 step program is one of the most successful therapy programs there is for helping people with addictions.  And in a lot of ways, our love of credit and of buying things using our credit cards amounts to an addiction. 

And like people who are suffering with an addiction, many times the biggest step forward is when you recognize that you have a problem.  Too often when someone has the beginnings of a credit card debt problem, there is a sense of ambivalence and “just let it go” because after all “everybody does it.”  And when you have a problem that threatens to become a huge problem, that is no time to be lazy and decide to just let it continue because you think everybody does it.
